Job Description:
A company is looking for an Affordable Care Act (ACA) Client
Manager to drive service experiences and support clients in
navigating ACA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in implementation processes and post-implementation
calls to ensure proper documentation and ongoing servicing
Provide education on ACA core topics and conduct monthly report
review webinars with clients
Offer on-demand support to client IT, HR, and Payroll teams
throughout the relationship
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
Self-starter with the ability to learn and retain technology
products and procedures
Experience in a high-activity and high-uncertainty environment
Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
