CRNA needed in Tuba City, AZ
Specialty: CRNA
Practice Setting: Hospital/Surgery Dept
Schedule: 7a-5p, 4x10's between Monday-Friday.
Call: 1 night call shift per week from 7p-7a.
Weekends: There is occasional weekend call - once about every 6
weeks.
Support Staff/Supervision: CRNA must be able to work independently.
There is also no back up when on call.
Case Mix: Ortho, ENT, General, OBGYN, Endo, Peds Dental, Podiatry,
oral/facial. No heads or hearts.
EMR System: Allscripts
Credentialing Time-Frame: Credentialing takes about 60-90 days
CRNA, AZ license ACLS, BLS, PALS required
