Job Description:

This position supports the department leadership in the overall management of the provider network that is delegated to the network subcontractors. Ensures contract compliance and high level of customer satisfaction by serving as the consulting resource for network subcontractors. Serves as the subject matter expert for network subcontractors for reimbursement methodologies, provider education content and provider contract life cycle. Responsible for monitoring network adequacy and access against contract standards for assigned territory. Operates as intermediary between network subcontractors and staff on network and contracting activities. Facilitates resolution of escalated provider issues. Ensures compliance with network subcontractor statement of work and overall account management for assigned states.

This position is also responsible for delivering primarily virtual education to both network subcontractors and providers. This position must keep current and follow departmental policies and procedures and submit reports in a timely manner.
