Immediate need for Patient Services Representatives! One plus years
experience in an administrative or medical office environment will
be keys to success!
Reviews enters complex authorizations and referrals from VA and
Providers. Ability to effectively communicate medical information,
test results, diagnoses and or proposed treatment to patients. Will
place high volume outbound calls to Veterans and providers as
needed with contractual time lines. Ensures accurate data entry and
completion of authorizations data from customer information,
medical records, referral/authorization forms, assists PSRs in
obtaining records. Will work in a fast paced environment. We are an
