• Certification Details
• Must have a current valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Job Details
  • Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation, a JCAHO accredited health center, provides services to a 4,400 square mile area and serves as a referral center for the western part of the Navajo and Hopi Reservations.
  • The hospital was constructed in 1975 with a bed capacity of 73.
  • Services provided to the community include comprehensive inpatient/outpatient emergency services, dental and ophthalmology services, orthopedics, OB/GYN, oral surgery, eye surgery and urological procedures.
  • Approximately 49% of the surgeries performed are outpatient/ambulatory surgical procedures.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must have an Associates degree in respiratory care or have equivalent education.
    • Must have two (2) years of experience in respiratory care at a general/acute hospital.
    • Must have and maintain a current valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
    • Must have and maintain a current valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
    • Must have and maintain a current valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
      • Schedule Information
      • Work hours are 24 hour coverage rotational, day or night shifts, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime.
      • Facility currently has a low COVID census.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) or respiratory therapist is an individual trained in the technical aspects of respiratory care.
          • Additional Details
          • ORIENTATION: Every two (2) weeks only.
          • COVID EXEMPTIONS: We do not accept religious exemptions. If a candidate submits for a medical exemption, we will have to get approval from our medical review board to proceed with onboarding.
          • HOUSING APPLICATION: must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date.
