Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operational Risk Lead Associate
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of Operational Risk Framework across
multiple risk disciplines
Independently oversee and consult on business strategies and
initiatives related to operational risk
Develop and produce risk profiles and supporting metrics for key
non-technical risks
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of experience in Operational Risk Management or Control &
Governance
Experience in risk and/or compliance is a plus
Strong understanding of financial services and the 3-lines of
defense model
Bachelor's degree in a business major or 5+ years of relevant risk,
control, or audit experience
Insurance industry experience preferred but not required
