Charge Reconciliation Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Charge Reconciliation Lead to support timely and complete billing in the revenue cycle management team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage performance metrics to support accurate billing
Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve revenue-impacting issues
Lead complex initiatives related to clinical or billing data gaps

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or accounting preferred
Over 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management required
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred
Over 1 year of experience leading a team or driving results through non-direct reports
