*$500 Sign-On Bonus!*Are you a *Certified Caregiver/Med Tech * in search of a Fulltime or PRN schedule? If this is you, become a part of our committed team of Caregivers today!In this position, the individual will offer a wide array of support services to our Assisted Living residents.*Responsibilities: ** Document the care provided and report any changes in the resident's condition.* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.* Perform welfare checks on residents.* Document and report care provided and resident observations.* Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.* Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.*Note: *This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to undertake additional related duties as directed by their supervisor.*Qualifications: ** High School Diploma or equivalent required.* Applicants are required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.* Coachable and the willingness and ability to learn.* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.* Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.* Ability to provide compassionate patient care.*Certificates required:** Certification as an Arizona Caregiver is required.* CPR and First Aid certifications are required.* A valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.* A current negative TB test is required.
