Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Marketplace to drive the
strategy and execution of their marketplace business.
Key Responsibilities
Define and align the vision and strategy for the marketplace in
collaboration with cross-functional teams
Develop a 12-month roadmap focused on key metrics to guide
investment decisions and improve business outcomes
Build and scale operations, enhancing vendor solutions, marketplace
performance, and customer experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of product development experience in marketplace
management
Proven track record in building and optimizing online marketplaces,
preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
Experience launching a marketplace from scratch or leading a 0-1
product initiative
Familiarity with marketplace technologies and platforms
Experience in building and scaling teams effectively
