Job Description:
A company is looking for a Development Associate to support
fundraising and grant management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of grant applications, awards, and
correspondence
Coordinate the proposal production process and support proposal
teams
Collaborate with teams to prepare grant reports and analyze data
for tracking progress
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of development and fundraising experience at a
nonprofit
Knowledge of the grant and fundraising landscape and application
processes
Understanding of the climate and energy sector, with public health
experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
and departments
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar relationship management
systems and Microsoft Office
