Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT Business Solutions Specialist II to support process and technology changes related to software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain detailed documentation in a call-tracking software database
Evaluate client needs and provide training and end-user support during implementation processes
Provide second-tier support to end users and lead projects within the discipline

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
Works under limited supervision
Acts as a resource for colleagues and provides guidance to new team members
Solves complex problems and analyzes multiple sources of information
