Job Description:

Seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a center-based setting.

About the Role
As a BCBA at Soar Autism Center, you will plan and deliver naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6, collaborating with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. You will also oversee a team of clients, conduct standardized assessments, and refine treatment plans based on progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individualized ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
  
• Collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  
• Implement ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
  
• Oversee a team of clients and conduct standardized assessments.
  
• Refine treatment plans based on progress and build strong partnerships with families.
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
    
  • Current BCBA certification.
    
  • ABA early intervention experience.
    
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
    
  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
