SUMMARY: The Senior Organizational Development Analyst is
responsible for process analysis, improvement initiatives and
developing methods for measuring effectiveness of all programs that
support organizational development. The incumbent participates in
the design and development of organizational improvement efforts,
including programs, tools, solutions to drive overall
organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement and
retention. The Senior Organizational Development Analyst will work
with management to organize work settings and improve productivity
by providing analysis and input on company planning, employee
testing and selection processes, training and development, and
organizational development.--PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uses quantitative and qualitative data to analyze
organizational structures, responsibilities, reporting
relationships and work processes.--
- Evaluates the impact of initiatives and programs. Creates and
implements strategies to improve engagement, morale, and leadership
development.
- Identifies talent gaps and high-potential talent pools and
design and implements training programs to improve employee skills
and knowledge.
- Initiates the development and implementation of Human Resource
programs and processes aligned to the employee lifecycle.
- Evaluates the organization's structure, culture, and
performance to identify areas for improvement and provide
actionable insights to leadership.
- Designs, develops, and implement programs, policies, and
strategies to meet organizational development needs. Prepares and
presents reports, recommendations, and studies to leadership.
- Stays current on industry trends and best practices related to
organizational culture and employee engagement, integrating these
insights into strategies and initiatives to drive continuous
improvement.
- Implements, analyses, reports, and sets action plans of
employee satisfaction survey results.
- Develops and evaluates our annual performance evaluations, our
performance improvement plans, and our probationary performance
evaluations, reporting, and feedback, while ensuring that employees
work effectively to meet and exceed the business expectations.
- Performs other responsibilities and projects as assigned or
apparent.Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., building a cohesive
story in PowerPoint, generating and interpreting pivot tables,
graphs, and V-lookups in Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to
articulate data driven recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize data for presentations with clarity and
insight.
- Keen understanding of employee engagement tools and
platforms.--
- Progressive understanding of organizational culture frameworks
and models.--
- Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within

- Understanding of Project Management practices.MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS:--
- 4-7 years of overall relevant work experience
- 4 years of experience in Organizational Development, Employee
Engagement, Human Resources or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Employee
Engagement, Human Resources, or a related field, with increasing
responsibility in developing, implementing, and managing programs
